Therapeutic Mentoring

Our therapeutic mentors bridge the gap for clients from wherever they are to being able to live effectively in their community and live a full life. We facilitate our clients moving from the problem into the solution so that they are able to reach their goals. Furthermore, our therapeutic mentors aid individuals investment that they’ve already made in themselves by helping them apply what they have learned in their therapeutic community into their daily life.

Interventions

First and foremost, an intervention is a process, NOT AN EVENT. As the interventionist, we help you and your family create a loving environment to address the problem and provide a sustainable solution. This solution is predetermined and planned to ensure that your loved one receives optimal support that allows them to launch into a recovery and healing journey. To do this, it takes your help, involvement and commitment.

Parent
Mentoring

At Bridge The Gap Services we recognize that at the core of everyone’s experience in life is family and their role in the family. When our clients come to us for support and help it is our mission to have a place for the family members to get help and support as well. Family members are affected by their loved ones’ challenges and as a result so too are their own behaviors and self-care. It is important to for all of us to understand our role in our family system. Likely we are adapting this role to our experiences in our outside relationships. When one part of the system changes, it causes a rippling effect and the whole system changes. It is with change that renewal begins.

Supportive
Companioning

Supportive companioning provides assistance to individuals who are struggling to maintain consistent sobriety or manage symptoms of mental health afflictions. Our companions harbor a safe living environment, foster healthy habits and routines, manage symptoms of anxiety and/or depression and develop and execute a weekly self-care plan. Most importantly, our companions help individuals implement healthy coping strategies in real time when they are emotionally triggered.
